Oregon has so many wonderful places to photograph. In my travels, I like to take different routes to stop and see attractions or places that interest me. I have see several photos of the Painted Hills and always wondered how bright they really are. On my visit, it was a cloudy, but the sun came out for a moment and I found an interesting bush to use as my foreground with the glowing hills in the distance. I believe that this is an honest representation of the location, which is so beautiful on it's own it doesn't need to be overly enhanced.
