Based on the beautiful Oregon coast, I create colorful and whimsical illustrations and paintings. I love color and texture, and work with an array of materials, most often acrylic, watercolor, colored pencil and graphite.
I discovered a passion for art at a young age. My paintings are often inspired by my deep love for animals and nature. An idea for a painting may come from the beauty and grace of an animal's movement, their goofy or unique personality, or the funny way they interact with each other.
