About Us

Nicart is a Southern Oregon arts organization founded on a simple belief: talented artists deserve more than hope. We exist to close the gap between the artists creating exceptional work on the Oregon coast and the audiences, collectors, and galleries that are waiting to discover it. Everything we do is built around that mission — connecting art to the people most likely to love it, and building the infrastructure that makes those connections last.

We operate programs that work in parallel toward that goal. The Nicart Community Art Wall Program places local artwork in businesses along the Southern Oregon coast, giving artists immediate visibility and sales opportunities in their own communities. We handle the logistics — transport, hanging, transactions, and shipping — so artists can stay focused on their work. Participating businesses get a rotating, professionally managed art wall that supports the local arts without the overhead of running a gallery.

Our Collection Curation program brings original Oregon art to hospitality properties, corporate spaces, and commercial developments across the state. We work directly with developers, interior designers, and property owners to build site-specific collections that are authentic to this landscape — because we live here, know these artists personally, and understand what it means for art to truly belong to a place. From a boutique coastal lodge to a corporate headquarters in the Willamette Valley, we handle everything from the initial collection brief through final installation, with no hand-offs and no surprises. For properties that want their collection to stay fresh, we offer a rotating program that brings new work in on a quarterly basis — keeping the space dynamic and giving guests something new to discover on every visit.

Our Art Agency serves career-stage Pacific Northwest artists seeking regional gallery placement and professional representation. We research the right galleries for each artist's work, make the introductions, manage the relationships, and build collector records with every sale — so that each new collection reaches an audience already primed to receive it. For galleries, we provide pre-vetted, professionally packaged artists and a single point of contact that makes the entire relationship easier to manage.
