Minimum engagement: 20 pieces  ·  All programs include complimentary initial site consultation and collection brief — a $1,500 value, included at no charge.

 

Original Oregon art on your walls, refreshed quarterly — with no capital commitment required. We curate, deliver, and install each rotation, then return to do it again. Every piece is original, every artist is personally known to us, and every selection is made specifically for your space and your guests.

 

At the end of each three-month rental period, you have the option to purchase any piece — with that quarter's rental fees credited toward the purchase price. If you choose to rotate instead, a fresh selection arrives and the process begins again.

 

Rental Rate Schedule

Rental fee = 10% of the piece's retail value per quarter.

Rent-to-Own Terms

Credit:  One quarter's rental fees are credited toward the purchase price at the end of any rental term

Option:  Purchase option is available at the end of each three-month period

Process:  If rotating, a fresh selection arrives — the rent-to-own clock resets on each new piece

Purchase:  All sales finalized at standard Nicart terms — artist receives their standard net share

A permanent collection built specifically for your space. We conduct a full discovery process — complimentary site visit, brand review, and collection brief — then present a curated selection of original works for your approval. We handle all artist sourcing, negotiation, and coordination. We deliver and install. You open your doors with art that means something.

 

A rotating program can be added at any point to keep the collection dynamic after opening day.

 

Consulting Fee Schedule

The consulting fee is charged to the client on top of artwork retail cost. It covers curation, sourcing, artist coordination, project management, delivery, and installation.

Discovery:  Complimentary site visit, brand review, and collection brief — $1,500 value included at no charge

Sourcing:  Artist research, outreach, negotiation, and acquisition across Nicart's statewide Oregon roster

Coordination:  All logistics from artist studio to your wall — shipping, receiving, scheduling

Installation:  Professional installation coordinated end to end — no hand-offs, no surprises on opening day

Documentation:  Complete collection package — provenance, artist bios, care instructions, inventory record

The complete program — original collection purchase plus an ongoing rotation program built in from day one. Includes everything in Program 2 plus ongoing curatorial stewardship, priority access to new work from Nicart's roster before public release, and a direct pipeline to Nicart's collector network for any pieces you wish to decommission or sell.

 

This is the program for properties where art is not decoration — it is experience design.
