Original Oregon art on your walls, refreshed quarterly — with no capital commitment required. We curate, deliver, and install each rotation, then return to do it again. Every piece is original, every artist is vetted, and every selection is made specifically for your space and your guests.

 

At the end of each three-month rental period, you have the option to purchase any piece you love — with that quarter's rental fees credited toward the purchase price. If you choose to rotate instead, a fresh selection arrives and the process begins again. Your walls stay current. Your guests always have something new to discover.

We conduct a full discovery process — site visit, brand review, design brief — then present a curated selection of original works for your approval. We handle all artist sourcing, negotiation, and coordination. We deliver and install. You open your doors with art that means something.

The complete program — original collection plus ongoing rotation, artist relationship management, and collection stewardship for the life of your property. Includes site-specific commission coordination, guest-facing collection materials with artist information, priority access to new work from Nicart's roster before public release, and a direct pipeline to Nicart's collector network for any pieces you wish to decommission or sell.
